The Escapes at Entrada Lot 134
Lot 134 is elevated approximately 5' above the lot next to it, so the views and privacy are going to be fabulous. In my opinion the views are the best off of 134 and the backyard is more private than 156.
The lot's footprint is smaller than most so it will only fit a smaller floorplan, ideally the Bay Hill or Spyglass with the casita option.
The Escapes at Entrada Lot 156
Lot 156 is one of the largest lots in the development and will accomodate a custom footprint up to 2700 square feet. The builders will not build less than a 2300-2500 square foot home with a full 3 car garage, which will put the base cost at roughly $650,000-750,000. There will be peekaboo western mountain views from the courtyard.
